RESERVATIONS 
Choose the apartment, make a reservation on line or fill in the request form.
We shall reply within 24 hours. If you do not hear from us, please send your request again (in case there might have been a transmission problem).

DOWNPAYMENT 
To confirm and guarantee your reservation, we must receive a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the rental. You can choose to remit payment either via secure online payment or by bank wire transfer. We will send you a confirmation within 24 hours with all the necessary information.

BALANCE PAYMENT 
The balance of the total rental cost must be paid two weeks before arrival.
We can either charge the sum to your credit card, or by bank transfer of funds.

Failure to remit the balance of the total cost of the rental will result in the cancellation of your reservation and loss of your deposit.

CANCELLATION 
1. In case of unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to assign you a different apartment other than the one reserved. You will be notified and the rental fee will be refunded only if you are not satisfied with our efforts to obtain alternate accommodations for you.

2. Cancellation penalty schedule:

  • 30% of the total rental - not refundable.
  • 50% of the total rental - 1 week prior to arrival.
  • 100% of the total rental:
    • If you do not show up on the scheduled date.
    • *If you change your reservation less than 15 days before the scheduled date.
    • *If you leave the apartment before your scheduled date of departure.

*Unless we are able to rent the apartment for the same period.

PRICE 
The price includes:

  • Household linen and normal departure cleaning service.
  • Cost of water, electricity and residence taxes.
  • Personal assistance and concierge service during your stay.
  • Renters insurance, covering the apartment only.

The price does not include:

  • Telephone calls that are not on the list.
  • Insurance on personal items, jewellery, clothing, computers, etc.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit is required to cover any damage done by any person(s) occupying the apartment 
The amount is contingent on the duration of the stay.
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure. Any damage caused by any renter, which would require an estimate from professionals, will result in the security deposit being held for a minimum of 15 days or until all repairs have been completed.

RENTAL AGREEMENT 

Upon arrival, you will be required to sign a seasonal furnished rental agreement, an inventory stock list, the receipt for the security deposit and the receipt for the apartment keys. Please note there is a charge of 20 euro for all arrivals before 8am or after 8pm. 
The rental of the apartment is from 2 pm on the day of arrival to 10 am on the day of departure .
 We strongly recommend that you take out a personal liability insurance policy.
