Victoria is the perfect host. She has been very flexible and responsive to our needs. We arrived in Paris without a prior confirmed booking due to some technical problems, and Victoria immediately arranged the apartment for us. Her son has been very helpful, too. He immediately arranged the necessary documents and welcomed us in the apartment, while Victoria was busy. I will not hesitate to rent one of Victoria's apartments if I have a chance to visit Paris again.

Madame Victoria is unexcelled as a rental professional in Paris, and over the years we have dealt with many. Victoria, as she is know quickly to all her clients who soon become her friends, knows the quartiers and her properties and is careful and thoughtful about trying to match prospective renters to particular apartments in particular areas. She is quick, professional and graciously efficient, ever-present when needed. Example: in an unexpectedly severe 2017 heat wave, she appeared bearing two ventilating fans. In this time of abstract internet rental service, Victoria maintains a human hand on your Paris vacation. Fluently, in a number of languages, English comfortably among them. It is a pleasure to have the opportunity to recommend Victoria for a reliably enjoyable Paris apartment vacation.

The studio is exactly as advertised. It was clean, unusually well appointed, and very quiet. Victoria was very responsive--she replied very quickly to email, and when I arrived there was a small problem in the apartment, and she made sure it was taken care of immediately. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful nine days at this beautiful apartment. Everything was perfect; comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice furniture, large flat-screen TV, reliable lift, and good WiFi. And the front door opens on a magnificent view of Notre Dame, and a great neighborhood. Good restaurants, Franprix supermarket, and Place Maubert street market are all nearby. We've rented from our friend Victoria many times (starting in 1996) and she has always been very helpful and kind. We look forward our next visit Paris and to another stay at this beautiful apartment.

Our stay in Studio St Michel was absolutely delightful. Victoria is indeed the most personable and efficient owner we have ever met. She is lovely: reliable, informative, and perhaps best of all, available. The studio is immaculate and impeccably appointed. It is both sunny and quiet. We love the street, and enjoy the pedestrian traffic as well as the many restaurants near-by. It is a stone's throw from Notre Dame, and an easy walk to many other attractions. We hope to rent from Victoria Parishomes on our next trip.

This was our third time staying in this apartment, and once again we were totally satisfied. Victoria is a tremendous asset: she is constantly available and willing to pop over to the apartment on a moment’s notice if something needs attention. You may or may not want to cook, but if you do, you will find some very nice basics that other apartments don’t provide: a good set of pans, oil and vinegar, tea and coffee, even a carton of milk in the fridge. The location of the apartment is great, with Jussieu metro just down the block (two lines run through there), and two bus lines on rue Linné; plus easy walking to lots of stuff. One small note that may be helpful: I found this time that the only web browser on my computer that worked with the wifi was Safari (Firefox and Chrome did not work; don’t know why). In sum, this is a great place, and Victoria is the best.

Victoria made our stay in Paris very special. From meeting us at the airport to making suggestions regarding restaurants and sight-seeing, she could not have been kinder to us. In addition, she checked in regularly to make sure we were happy with the apartment and that we did not have any difficulties with appliances or the television. And to welcome us to the apartment, she made sure the refrigerator was stocked with essentials to get us through the first few days. We look forward to working with Victoria again very soon and we give her our highest possible rating.

The 1 bedroom near Notre Dame was the perfect place for us to stay during our one week vacation in Paris. The apartment is right across the street from Notre Dame and within short walking distance of great bakeries, cheese shops and charcuteries as well as fabulous restaurants. The apartment was well appointed and spacious enough for us to bring in food and wine, have a place to relax and connect to the internet when necessary. Victoria is a great host, and she was kind enough to pick us up at the airport and get us oriented. We hope to return sometime soon.

I have stayed in the Studio Notre Dame four times and hope to return many more times. The apartment is equipped with quality appliances, including internet and washing machine, and features a large bathroom, a window opening onto a quiet courtyard, and a single flight of stairs. I love the location, on the Left Bank near Notre Dame, allowing me to walk to museums, theaters, restaurants, shops, and a thrice-weekly open air market. The #10 metro and several useful bus lines are nearby. Victoria is a charming and thoughtful host, who provides friendly first class service. I’m always glad to see her when we arrive.

This is a quiet apartment in Quartier Latin only a few minutes from Notre Dame. It can be reached very good with metro, bus and RER. We stayed several times there in the last years and missed nothing, Victoria equipped it with everything you need. She is very friendly and always helped us with every problem quickly.

This apartment was amazing, as was Victoria. She communicated very clearly with detailed instructions. Everything was as promised. We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Victoria was always available to make sure that any questions were answered and any problems were resolved.

The apartment is very comfortable. The Wi-Fi, kitchen, showers, TV, everything works perfectly. We used Uber all over Paris and really liked that experience. There are restaurants, grocery shops and ATMs nearby.

We plan to stay in this apartment again.

It was a wonderful one month stay in the heart of Paris in a clean, nicely furnished and well equiped studio. I highly recommend Victoria's appartments since during all stay, you do feel like at home.

The studio is well furnished, quiet and has a great view on a private garden. Internet access and telephone services are excellent. The washing machine and the iron are very useful and save time and money.
I stayed there two months and it was a home away from home.

I just finished my fourth stay at a Victoria Paris Homes apartment, and it’s a pleasure to recommend her service. I’ve rented the Studio St. Michel and the Studio Notre Dame. The service Victoria provides is professional and reliable. As a woman traveling alone that is very important to me. The apartments are spotlessly clean and it’s obvious that she uses her experience in the hotel business to provide a welcoming and comfortable stay. A bottle of wine and sweets from one of the nicest boulangeries in Paris have been waiting for me when I arrive. The locations of the two apartments I stayed in are terrific. Just up the block from Notre Dame and the river Seine. So many tourist attractions are is easily gotten to by foot. Most important, the service is reliable and well run.

We've rented several of Victoria's flats over the past 4 years and regularly come back.... Victoria's flats are as advertised, full of small gestures that make the stay just that much better than elsewhere: more towels, slippers, indidivual soaps, a great bed, a bottle of wine, chocolats or macaroons, a few things in the fridge and in the cupboards so ne need to run to the supermarket for the first morning's milk or coffee, wifi, PC / television. The flat is very quiet and extremely well located. Everthing's perfect and if you need to contact Victoria during your stay, she's always available!

Bonjour! I have rented at least 5 apartments from Victoria and she is THE best! She takes care of everything for you. The apartment is as advertised. There are a lot of choices in Paris and it's scary renting from so far away but I found a gem here. Stay here and love your Paris vacation.

We spent almost three weeks in this apartment on our way home to California from our stay in Italy. The apartment is nicely situated, convenient to the Porte Maillot and Argentine stations on the main Neuilly-Vincennes metro line, which we used frequently. Being isolated from traffic noise in a gated apartment complex, the place was delightfully quiet. There was plenty of space for the two of us, and the layout is well organized, with bedroom and bathroom area separated from the main living room and kitchen. The Bois de Boulogne was convenient for morning exercise walks, and a selection of food shops and small restaurants were nearby, e.g. an excellent boulangerie!
We have no hesitation in commending Victoria Paris Homes to anyone planning a stay in Paris. Victoria herself is highly responsive to her customers before, during and after their stay, and deals rapidly and efficiently with any issues or requests they might have. She remains our first port of call for our Paris stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It suited our needs perfectly and was so well located--very close by were a grocery, a wonderful boulangerie, the bus stop and the metro, plus a market 3 days a week. The apartment was well-cared for and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Victoria was easy to work with and very helpful and very responsive to our questions and gave us lots of suggestions. She made us feel welcome, and we felt well cared for during our month-long stay.

My wife and I returned to this lovely apartment for the third time in the past 7 years. The location is perfect--directly across the Seine from Notre Dame and close to a Metro, restaurants, and a terrific market held 3 times per week. The apartment is very comfortable and recently renovated. The kitchen is perfect and well-equipped and the living room/dining space is quite large. There is even a separate work space if one is tempted to stay in touch with the world back home. Victoria is a wonderful resource if any need arises and she has become a friend that we look forward to seeing every other year.

A perfect apartment for a couple! We loved our time here and would happily return. Charming, comfortable, with all the amenities you need - both in the apartment and nearby. The bed was comfortable, the windows were big and bright and the shower was oversized and very clean. We also loved the nearby outdoor market and found everything we could ever want within a short distance. Public transportation is a breeze from this location making it very easy to navigate the city.
Victoria was wonderful to work with and helped to make our stay effortless. We very much appreciated the pickup from the airport as it made our entry into vacation mode very smooth.
I rate this apartment as 5 stars, regardless, as I know it was an unusual circumstance and it truly is a great place. We loved it and were very comfortable.
